The sensitivity of the electric eye can be adjusted according to the adjusting part
Equipped with magnetic pump,It will fill liquid with high precision and fast speed, also can do peristaltic pump, It will fill liquid without passing through pump,It is also easier to change filling hose if you need to fill liquid with different colors/fragrance.
After capping,bottles will be pushed out and buffer plate can help to collect finish products,save time and reduce production process and time.
The rotary plate is with fixing mold to fix bottles and prevent from the bottle fall down during filling or capping work. These are customized according to bottle sizes.
